WE ACCEPT ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED FOR A FULL REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS.  

 

LUCAS HALID ALLOWS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURN. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

 

EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE ORDERED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE, PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR A FULL REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY LUCAS HALID. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER WILL BE COVERED BY LUCAS HALID.

REFUNDS

AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS RETURNED, MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO POST THE REFUND TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

FOR ANY RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS, WE DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL COST OF SHIPPING.
